S&P Analyst Expects Mining Consolidation
Investors can expect more consolidation in the metals and mining sector, and most of that will likely be financed by debt, said a Standard & Poor's credit analyst Friday. Family Of Slain Woman Sues Apartment Management
The family of a 72-year-old Baltimore woman found stabbed to death at her Reservoir Hill apartment is suing the building's management. Relatives of Shirley Cooper said a side door was frequently left open and that security guards at the front door often allowed nonresidents to enter. Cooper's body was found June 2 at her apartment in the 2600 block of Madison Avenue. .

Officers contacted the suspect in a parked vehicle for suspicious activity.
